1.1 Who/What is Amazinc!

Amazinc! started at some point in the year 2015 as a vision of completely natural sunblock that is not only functional, but as well gentle on the skin and the environment.

Our values reflect those of a business created by bunch of surfers and snowboarders. We love to spend time in the nature – whether it is in the Ocean or up in the mountains.

The goal of Amazinc! skincare is to create range of products that are only natural - nothing more and nothing less. Products that we can produce and consume for years and years without damaging the environment and our planet.

In the Benelux and Germany, Maarten and Karole are resposible for the distribution of the Amazinc! products.

1.2 What are the delivery costs?

We are full of ambition, but we have not yet reached the size to sent the packages for free. For these shipping costs we ensure that the package arrives quickly in a sustainable package. 

For orders up to € 50 we charge a € 4,50 shipping fee in the Netherlands. Orders over € 50 are sent for free.

For deliveries to Belgium we charge a € 8,99 shipping fee.

For deliveries to Luxembourg we charge a € 11,50 shipping fee.

For deliveries to Germany we charge a € 9,- shipping fee.

For deliveries to France we charge a € 14,- shipping fee.

For deliveries to Italy we charge a € 14,50 shipping fee.

1.3 How can I return an item?

You have the option to return products within 14 days. Hygiene is important for our products, these products can only be returned if the seal is not broken.

1.4 What should I do when an items is damaged during delivery?

If it happens that the item has been delivered damaged, you can contact us via the form below or by mail.

1.5 When can I expect to receive my order?

We do our utmost to ship your order as soon as possible. We aim to deliver the package to PostNL no later than the next working day. The package will then be delivered within 1-2 working days.

! Please note that the delivery times are longer between 11 November (singles day) and the holidays (1 January). This is due to the busyness of our transport partners and we cannot influence this. Our advice is to order gifts in time.

1.6 How is my payment processed?

We use an external party (Mollie) who ensures that your payments are processed securely. We do not store your bank details in our system.
